hovering, you make me feel like we're high above the ocean
high above the ocean tonight
you and I are high above the ocean
high above the ocean tonight
I'll never let you fall, no noises here at all
just your skin in the moon's light
just your kiss in this cold night
"You'll never let me go" you said
and hold you by the hand,
as we're suspended in the sky you say, "You know that i must let go"
"Don't ever let me go, don't ever let me go!"
I said
my words fall on the water with the tears of your last touch
as i look up to the starlight and I'm falling fast below
i can still see your beauty i can see you one last time
as the distance grows more, colder
and you fade into the sky
and my grief is my companion and my heart will break my fall
as i crash into the water i beg you hear my call
just to feel you one last time
just to hear you one last time
just to see you one last time
just to be with you one last time
my words fall on the water with the tears of your last touch
as i look up to the starlight and I'm falling fast below
i can still see your beauty i can see you one last time
as the distance grows more, colder
and you fade into the sky
and my grief is my companion and my heart will break my fall
as i crash into the water i beg you hear my call
just to feel you one last time, just to hear you one last time
just to see you one last time, just to be with you one last time
I crash into the waves and you fade into the stars
I crash into the waves and you fade into the stars
I crash into the waves and you fade into the stars
New wave of Gothic Rock at it's finest. This band has top level talent from well renowned acts involved so wasn't the least bit surprised upon hearing the opening track. If you miss late 80's to mid 90's gothic rock bands, I can't recommend this one enough. m4rkos1334
Cool Goth Rock from Louisville! I’m way out of my normal genre with this addition. Sleep all day, party all night. It’s fun to be a vampire. TheBreakfastClub
Two of the best songs of any genre that I've heard in some time. Haunting atmosphere, rough edges, real emotion, but a bit of playfulness. Ash-covered Ghoul
